In top condition!

I spent last night in a hotel en route to a speaking engagement in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After a long hot bath, I grabbed the tiny bottle of lotion supplied by the hotel. It was wonderfully scented with lemon but oddly slow to work into the skin. This morning as I packed up to leave, I noticed (finally had my reading glasses on) that I'd slathered my skin with hair conditioner.

Well better than using hand lotion as hair conditioner anyway.

I don't know which is more disturbing: my closest genetic match mistaking hair for skin conditioner, or her making the trip from Denver to Cheyenne an overnight trip.

Yet again I find myself laughing at this sibling business cropping up on the blog! I must admit that I wondered about the overnight trip, too -- I mean it's not like there's a Four Seasons between here and there!!

Bear Naked, you just described what I did once. Yep, used the hand lotion as hair conditioner. Wondered why it felt so weird and didn't make my hair conditioned. Finally realized and had to wash my hair all over again.

Bro'--Here's the choice. Get up early as can be, drive the dreadful boring route up I-25 either pre-rush hour or through rush hour, get to Cheyenne either way too early or in a tizzy because I've sat in traffic, OR....stay in lovely Ft. Collins Marriott that sponsor pays for, order room service, see dumb movie (Sex in the City..so dumb), more room service for breakfast, leisurely drive to Cheyenne arriving in top 'condition' for speaking. Which would you choose? Tell me we weren't born smart and full of common sense!
