What's your read on this?

I noticed this a.m. that all three pairs of readers were on the kitchen table. Oh-oh, I thought, that may spell trouble later on. But I didn't do anything about it, and now I can't find a single pair.

They had a meeting and decided to play a trick on you!

I smell trash, based on your self-reported history. I don't suppose, unlike My Brother's Bar, you put them in the dishwasher?

LOL....Memories...I too have 3 pairs of "readers" and after spending "years"(okay, it seemed like years)of my life trying to keep track of them I bought one of those eyeglass "chains" that hook to the glasses and around my neck. (Like the sports ones only kind of "blingy" cause I'm a "blingy" type of babyboomer. Now I always know where my glasses are but better yet, I have extra time to hunt for my keys...Have great day!!

Actually, all three pairs were in my robe pockets hanging around the bathroom door.

KJ, it IS hard to believe that the inanimate objects aren't out to get me.

RM, MBB does not use a dishwasher? Oh yuck. And yes, the trash was checked.

Phili: I tried the chain trick but it fights with my stethoscope and looks a touch dorky. I wish my glasses would learn to enjoy the company of my keys.

I have several pairs ... 1 by computer, 1 by bed on bedside table, 1 with my keys on the shelf by the door, 1 in my school book bag and 1 in the car incase I get to school without the 1 in the book bag or the 1 with the keys because if I get into class without glasses, I'm sunk!

College instructors aren't fond of "I need to go back to my car to get my glasses" and they certainly don't buy "I can't take the test today, I forgot my glasses" They're used to dealing with younger students who think I'm strange for wearing my glasses on a chain around my neck.

Wait, they don't use a dishwasher at My Brother's Bar? I need to know more about this:)

I think the chains are dorky too - and get in the way. I tried one of those when I was nursing. Felt like an old lady (I am not!).
Glad you found your glasses - wonder how they all ended up in the kitchen? Maybe looking for a mid-night snack! LOL!

They obviously were with that one sock!

Hi, I've been kind of bad about reading all my favorite blogs for the past few weeks - lots going on in my personal life (just retired, 91-year-old mom in the hospital, etc.), and I just got back to reading blogs and noticed you hadn't been blogging lately on your other two blogs. Just wanted to say hi and hope all is well. I hope your absence is just due to being too busy and that all is well. I always enjoy reading all of your blogs so I hope you'll be back soon!
